On 8 December, Wenergy reinforced its collaboration with SG, a leading renewable energy system integrator in Poland, by signing a new commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage agreement. The expanded cooperation reflects the growing trust between both companies and demonstrates Wenergy’s capability to scale project delivery and customer acquisition across Europe’s fast-developing energy storage market.
Accelerating Poland’s Energy Transition with Integrated Solar-Storage Solutions

Under the new agreement, Wenergy will supply SG with a portfolio of C&I energy storage systems, including the Stars Series 192 kWh solution (integrated with MPPT and EV charging) and the Stars Series 289 kWh ESS cabinet. These systems will be deployed in factories and warehouse facilities across Poland to enhance on-site renewable energy utilisation and improve operational efficiency.

Factory Energy Management:
The 289 kWh energy storage system will be connected to on-site solar PV, enabling daytime charging and night-time consumption. This configuration increases solar self-consumption and significantly reduces electricity costs.
Warehouse Solar-Storage-Charging Integration:
The 192 kWh cabinet will be directly coupled with PV generation to power warehouse operations while supporting EV charging requirements. The integrated system creates a compact, low-carbon energy hub for logistics and industrial applications.
A Partnership Built on Trust, Performance, and Proven Results
Wenergy and SG initiated their collaboration in November last year. This C&I energy storage project in Poland has been operating reliably in solar self-consumption and peak-shaving applications, delivering strong performance results. This success laid the foundation for scaling up cooperation in 2024.
As a local system integrator with deep expertise in Poland’s renewable energy sector, SG brings strong knowledge of regulatory conditions, incentive programmes, and customer needs. Combined with Wenergy’s robust energy storage system design and manufacturing capabilities, the partnership enables both companies to deliver solutions that are technically reliable and aligned with local application scenarios.
Strengthening Europe’s Distributed Energy Landscape Together
The newly signed project marks the transition from initial pilot deployment to broader commercial rollout. By integrating SG’s regional network in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe with Wenergy’s experience in ESS R&D, full supply-chain manufacturing, and high-volume delivery, the partnership aims to support the region’s growing demand for distributed energy storage and clean electricity solutions.
These deployments will help enhance grid flexibility, improve renewable energy utilisation, and provide C&I customers with practical tools to manage energy costs and advance their decarbonisation strategies.
Looking ahead, Wenergy will continue to work closely with SG and other European partners to expand the adoption of energy storage across diverse scenarios. Through technology, reliability, and full-scenario deployment experience, Wenergy remains committed to supporting Europe’s green energy transition and building a more resilient, low-carbon energy future.
