Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the energy storage market (large-scale storage, industrial/commercial storage, residential storage) in assigned overseas regions. Identify market trends and competitive landscapes, proactively develop new clients and partners, and systematically maintain and evaluate client relationships.

• Proactively generate leads through industry exhibitions and multi-channel online/offline approaches. Deeply explore client needs to tailor technical solutions and commercial proposals. Lead negotiations and drive projects through the entire lifecycle from initial intent to final payment collection, ensuring sales targets and receivables objectives are met.

• Manage sales contract negotiations, execution, and fulfilment. Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project delivery. Establish long-term, stable client communication mechanisms and deliver exceptional after-sales service experiences.

• Serve as the company’s brand ambassador, actively promoting our products and technical capabilities within local markets and industry events to enhance brand recognition and influence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in English as a working language. Ability to adapt to long-term overseas work and living conditions.

• Minimum 2 years’ overseas sales experience in renewable energy sectors (e.g., PV, energy storage). Familiarity with core technologies including battery cells, BMS, PCS, and system integration. Proven track record with established client networks or successful project closures.

• Demonstrated excellence in market analysis, commercial negotiation, and customer relationship management, with the ability to independently execute the entire sales cycle from market research to contract execution.

• Strong achievement orientation and self-motivation, highly goal-driven with the capacity to maintain high productivity under pressure.

• Rapid learning aptitude and exceptional cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.

Overseas After-Sales Engineer

• Oversee on-site installation, grid-connection testing, commissioning acceptance, and after-sales support for energy storage system products.

• Summarize and analyze on-site project issues, feeding back solutions to relevant technical and R&D departments.

• Conduct product training for clients, drafting bilingual operating manuals and training materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Proficient in English for technical communication.

• Minimum 3 years’ on-site commissioning experience in energy storage/photovoltaic systems. Ability to independently perform system commissioning.

• Strong knowledge of energy storage system components (batteries, PCS, BMS) and grid integration requirements.

• Excellent communication skills, customer service focus, and the ability to solve complex technical issues independently.

Overseas Technical Support Engineer for Energy Storage

• Resolve post-sales technical issues through remote or on-site diagnostics and system fault rectification.

Requirements:

Overseas General Affairs Supervisor
